Quick response: every complaint is handled with the utmost care. You will receive a confirmation within a few days and, if possible, a substantive response or a proposal for a solution.
Personal contact: we will contact you for further clarification or additional information. Your confidential information is always treated with the utmost care.
Within three weeks: In principle, we will handle your complaint within three weeks. If this is not possible, we will keep you informed of the progress. After completion, you will receive written confirmation of the outcome of the procedure.
Baat employs professionals who appreciate well-founded criticism. This helps us to continuously improve our services. Complaints weigh heavily in our evaluation, and we take measures where possible to prevent recurrence.
